The level of luxury in these cars is superb and the finish is absolutly first class. Add to that the reliability of Mercedes Benz engineering and you can`t go wrong. So here is my Rexton. I have had it for 2 years and the only reason I am going to part with it is because Im going to buy later one. During the time I have had it, it`s had... ...The middle and tail sections of the exhaust system replaced and it has been fully wax oiled underneath. Apart from the odd bulb and Oil and Filter changes it has not needed anything else. The steering and handling are very good. The suspension is a bit boaty but that goes with the terratory given the style of the car. It is not the fastest thing away from the lights but it pulls like a freight train and is superb on a motorway. The interior is in very good condition as shown in the photo`s the only exception is the drivers seat which is beginning to show some early stages of wear. There are a few scuffs and marks in the back behind the rear seats. The rear and side windows are factory tinted which adds to security and is superb for keeping the sun of your little people if you have any. On the outside there are scuffs and marks in places for instance on the corners of the bumpers and the odd scratch here and there on the paintwork. Please keep this in mind when your are bidding. THIS IS NOT A NEW CAR. It is 7 years old and it has not been locked in a climate controlled garage for that time. The tyres are good all round, The spare is good as well. I was toying with the idea of swapping the fronts for the backs as the fronts are just beginning to show some wear on the outside edges. This car just went through an MOT and the tyre`s were not mentioned. Oh and the tracking is not out, this it a 4x4 thing. Unlike a Shogun this car goes in a dead straight line without any pulling to the left or right. Test drives are welcome as long as you come with an insurance policy that covers you and the correct Driving Licence, othewise I`m affraid it will be the passanger seat. Please also keep in in mind that this car is 7 years old so I ask that you dont turn up and kick tyres while attempting to tell me that its not worth what I`m asking. cars - they come complete with swirl chambers and an inline pump which translated means they run perfect on cooking oil you dont covert the car and you dont covert the oil as long asits clean in it goes to date Ive had five years (winters included ) absolutely trouble free motoring from these cars I currently run the torbo version which I KID YOUNOT gives me 340 miles for every 10 gallons of cooking fluid I put in it now about the car listedits P reg it runs perfectly but the bodywork is showing sings of having been around for thirteen years no rust just small dents and scrapes it would make an ideal dog lovers car cos while its tidy its definately not too tidy and you could fit three pack of st bernards +the kitchen sink in the back it comes with a brand new 12 months mot the drivers window stopped working on the way back so you would need to look in to that and one of the wheel arch plastic pannels has escaped so theer you have it a thirteen year old 4wd with a few years left in it complete with 12 months mot. usuall rules apply ie no oddballs ,no waranty given or implied no cash no car any questions call Dave on 07714959412 X
